Welcome to Lead and Empower Her SHE Talks, a space where stories spark transformation, and voices unite to create waves of change. I’m Dr. Julie Ducharme, and I’m thrilled to share with you the heart and vision behind this movement that has become a beacon for women around the world.
SHE Talks was born out of a simple yet profound belief: that when women rise, they inspire others to do the same. As a leader, educator, and entrepreneur, I’ve had the privilege of navigating spaces where women’s voices are often underrepresented, and their leadership undervalued. I started SHE Talks because I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of women sharing their stories — stories of struggle, resilience, triumph, and growth. These stories are the catalysts that ignite confidence, empower action, and build a collective legacy of strength.
For years, I’ve worked to champion women in leadership, business, and beyond, but I realized something was missing: a platform that not only amplified individual voices but also fostered a community of support and empowerment. SHE Talks is that platform. It’s a place where women can speak boldly about their journeys, connect with others who share their passions, and leave with the tools and inspiration to rise up in their own unique ways.

Meet Wendy Watson
Wendy, Regional Director for She Talks Colorado and the dynamic hostess of the Sass, Cash, and Class She Talks Mini Conference. As the Founder and Spiritual Relationship Mentor, Wendy brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of overcoming life’s toughest challenges.
A fifth-generation entrepreneur, Wendy has built several successful businesses from the ground up. She is the author of the impactful book “Verbal Turbulence: The 70/20/10 Rule”, and serves as the Regional Director of Lead and Empower Her/She Talks. She is a sought-after international speaker.
Her professional accolades include being a 2023 finalist for the BBB’s Torch Awards for Ethics and having her work published in She Talks Magazine, Achieve Success Magazine, and PIVOT Magazine. Wendy has dedicated her life to helping others overcome trauma, suicidal tendencies, and narcissistic relationships. She has saved marriages and guided countless individuals towards healing and empowerment.
